Friendly staff, clean and very welcoming. Comfortable beds. Sparkling clean and layout of our room was great! Loved the useable balcony with settee. We opt out of Breakfast included, so I can’t comment on that. I do know that their Cappuccino’s are great though. They have a lovely courtyard area as well with a fire pit in the back; hence, “Courtyard”. You just have to ask someone to light it for you if you want to enjoy it. I don’t know about roasting marshmallows, you’d have to ask.

Check in was quick and easy. The lobby and so on were very clean. Check out was convenient and fast.

I liked that since there were renovations going on with the hotel, they automatically moved my reservation to the residence inn next door. There were no issues with checking in either.

Susan was sweet and happy to see us whenever we walked through the lobby. The other staff was just as friendly, I just don't know his name.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a busy weekend there and they kept on top of things. Hotel was very clean and easily accessible. We would definitely stay there again.

Susan at the front desk was delightful and helpful. I enjoyed eating my Panera take-out in the peaceful courtyard while the sun set. Comfy bedding and black-out curtains allowed me to sleep well.

We had an issue at check in. The young lady on the evening shift jumped right in to rectify the problem. She was kind and friendly. She never gave up until we were soundly asleep in our rooms. Also the little treat bag in the room was a great touch!

Nicely located near a ton of restaurant options. The hotel is almost fully booked but you wouldn’t know it because it was extremely quiet. The room was very nice, with a modern design, and a balcony.
